Hey everyone n welcome back to my another post. today i came up with something new. yes its tea time snack its a dry chocolate cake with lost n lots of dry fruits.
SO WHAT YOU'LL NEED IS
- All purpose flour 1 cup
- Powdered sugar 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Baking powder 3/4 teaspoon
- vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
- A pinch of baking soda
- Coco powder 2 table spoon ( you can also add more of coco powder according to your taste)
- Chocolate chips
- Butter 2 tablespoon
Sieve flour ,coco powder, baking powder, baking soda, in a separate bowl. So basically you'll have to mix all your dry ingredients .
Now it's time to add yogurt and butter into the bowl . Add vanilla essence gradually and give it a good stir so that it becomes a smooth paste .Make sure that there will no lumps.
Add chocolate chips to it and just give it a nice fold.
Then it's time to transfer the cake batter to the greased bowl of any shape you like and put it into the oven for at least 10 minutes .
let it cool for at least 5-10 minutes and remove it to the serving platter .
And yes the chocolate cake is ready to serve. You can serve it with some
chocolate ganache, Nutella or you can decorate it as the way you want .
